Privacy

The short version: no accounts, no cookies, no ads, no analytics, and no data stored by us.

Who we are

The accretiongamesonline.com website and the Accretion game are developed and published by Thomas Albertini.

The website

The website uses no cookies, contains no ads or analytics and loads nothing from outside services: pages, images and fonts all come from our own server, which is in the European Union and keeps no record of who visits. That is why there is no cookie banner.

The game in your browser

To remember your progress (level, records, challenges, customisation, preferences, the name you choose) the game saves it in your browser’s storage, on your device. It never leaves the device: you can delete it from your browser settings or with the game’s reset, and move it to another device with the save code. The browser also keeps a copy of the game, so it opens instantly and works offline.

Progress verification and online matches

Just like the Android app: when a connection is available, the game asks our server to verify your progress for the save code, sending only a few numbers (never your name); if you play online it sends the few pieces of information a match needs (your profile name and black hole look, which other players see, and your game controls). The server saves nothing. All the details are in the game’s full privacy policy, which also covers the browser version and tells you how to contact us.

Children

The game does not ask for anyone’s age and collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Changes
